About Xinovates

Dr Reza Kalantarinejad

Founder and CEO · Lead researcher

Scientist-entrepreneur focused on AI-driven innovation. Researcher at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, studying the role of AI in innovation. PhD in Mechanical Engineering on computational design of nano-biosensors; co-developer of the Innovation Readiness Level (IRL) model.

Founded the SHEZAN Accelerator (25 deep-tech startups) and led Hamava Innovation Factory as CEO (135+ startups). UK Global Talent, endorsed by the Royal Academy of Engineering.
